Simultaneously, we begin to explore economically viable and proven value engineering alternatives and determine pricing. Once the wheels are set in motion, we move on to the coordination stage which involves reviewing all elements of the project with consultants, the client and the sub-trades involved.
Progressing to the execution phase involves maintaining momentum, meeting targets and ensuring our logistics are in place and our sub-trades are prepared.
