Recognition & Honours: Elite Receives the Upper Canada Medal
Elite has been awarded the prestigious Upper Canada Medal from the University Health Network for a new and innovative clinic, located in the Toronto General Hospital.
In December 2012, Elite received the Upper Canada Medal from the University Health Network’s Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation. This award honours those who have made significant contributions to the hospital, to recognize distinguished service, and their overall involvement in supporting the public good.
Elite completed construction on the Dalglish Family Hearts and Minds Clinic, the first of its’ kind globally and made a donation toward this innovative facility. This clinic serves adult patients with a 22q11.2 Deletion Syndrome and provides multidisciplinary care for them.
